The property

The Benedictine Sisters of divine providence decided to discontinue a holiday house in Rome and they were strongly motivated to keep the property for catholic use.
The lovely villa, of approximately 400 sqm, was in perfect maintenance conditions, fourteen rooms with bathroom, chapel, living-in kitchen, laundry room, offices and common areas.
Through IMC’s privileged contacts, the ideal buyer has been identified, the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of siena from iraq, who, after purchasing the real estate complex, used it as a generalate house where they welcome the sisters who study at the pontifical universities.
IMC Consulting favours operations between congregations and makes every effort to make this possible.
