The property

Villaggio Betania, with a wonderful view on the Castle and Lake Bracciano and surrounded by a park of two and a half hectares, has long been the school of reference of this municipality in the Province of Rome.
The real estate complex, designed by a German architect and built in the 60s, has a total area of about 2,500 square meters developed on several buildings connected to each other and forming various houses. The closure of the school led the Dominican Congregation of Betania in Venlo to sell the property, which needed a lot of restoration works, and the Congregation wanted that the asset remained in the ecclesiastical sphere.
The ideal buyer, the Dominican Sisters of Santa Cecilia – Nashville – USA, was identified through the privileged contacts of IMC.
Once purchased the property complex, they renovated it and turned it into an international center of spirituality.
Villaggio Betania was revived, becoming a place of study, prayer and meeting place with God, in the immediate vicinity of Rome and the Vatican.
