The property

The Congregation of the Missionaries of Mariannhill, following acquisition by another Religious Congregation managed by IMC, has decided to undertake major renovation work to give new life to the building built in the 1970s.
The Congregation then appointed IMC as Project Manager.
IMC drafted the contracts assigning the renovation and energy requalification design, conducted the tender process, prepared the contract, and assigned the requalification works for the entire building.
As Project Manager, IMC created a dedicated website to inform the Congregation about the progress of the project. It also verified compliance with costs and schedules, verified the consistency of all documentation also uploaded to the cloud, and coordinated the flow of information between the various parties (Architectural, Systems, and Electrical Designers, Construction Management, Construction Company Safety Manager, and Inspector) reporting directly to the Congregation’s General Council.
Building with exclusively electric energy, no gas, Energy Class AA with acoustically isolated rooms, light sensors, home automation, burglar alarm, LAN and wireless fibre optic connectivity, solar and photovoltaic panels, UPS, control unit and VOIP video intercom system.
The project was delivered on schedule and within budget.
All activities were conducted in English and Italian.
Today the Congregation of the Missionaries of Mariannhill has a new home in Rome.
