The property

As a strategy to diversify its assets and real estate, a major Italian private investor decided to invest in the London market. Therefore, it entrusted IMC with property finding activities so that it could propose a list of properties to be purchased and restored producing income.
Among the many properties proposed by IMC in London, the choice fell on Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, one of the most prestigious areas in the heart of London WC2. The building is a prime West End Free Hold with a total area of about 956 square metres.
IMC carried out the market analysis through comparables and assessing the appropriateness of the price requested for the purchase, the building permits required for the partial change of use (residential / commercial mixed use) and the permits already issued by the City of Westminster of London.
IMC assisted the client in setting up a Limited company under the English law and in opening bank accounts in London, coordinating the financial flows for the purchase of the property.
The purchase, entirely coordinated by IMC, was successful and today the property is entirely renovated and rented, producing a significant yield.
